Thomas van Schalkwyk, a multi-talented individual who wears many hats in both his personal and professional life. As the Director and Sales Manager of TVS Cycles, Thomas plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and driving the sales of the company. With his extensive knowledge of the cycling industry, he has successfully positioned TVS Cycles as a leading brand.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Thomas is a passionate cyclist himself, with a particular fondness for road bikes and TT (time trial) bikes. He embraces the exhilaration and challenges that come with these cycling disciplines, constantly pushing his limits. In fact, Thomas has completed not one but two Iron Man competitions, demonstrating his determination and commitment to achieving personal fitness goals.
Outside of work and cycling, Thomas finds immense joy in his role as a father. He is the proud dad of two boys, cherishing every moment spent with them and guiding them through life’s adventures. Additionally, Thomas is a devoted husband to his wife, Monique van Schalkwyk, whose support and love have been an integral part of his journey.

Monique van Schalkwyk is a powerhouse in management and marketing, playing a vital role at TVS Cycles. She ensures the company runs smoothly and achieves success. Monique’s love for mountain biking is evident, as she recently conquered the challenging Sani2c trail.
