In the unlikely event that you encounter any problems with your item, we kindly request that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Provided that the item is returned in the same condition as it was dispatched, we will offer you a refund (less courier fees) within this timeframe.
If you decide to return the item between 48 hours and 7 days from receiving it, you will qualify for a refund (less courier fees) with a 20% handling fee applicable. Please ensure that the item is received in the same condition as it was dispatched.
We take every precaution to ensure that your item is delivered safely and promptly. However, should you wish to insure your item in transit, we offer an insurance rate for 3% (e.g R150 000 + 3% insurance rate = R154 500 transit insurance) of the item’s value. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss incurred while the item is in the hands of a third party courier.
