For the purpose of enhancing our marketing strategies, please let us know where you heard about TVS Cycles.

TVS CYCLES agrees to rent to the renter, and Renter agrees to rent from TVS CYCLES, the equipment described in SECTION A OR/AND B attached hereto (the "Equipment"). Term. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue until the Equipment is returned to TVS CYCLES as per agreement. Should the renter fail to return the equipment per agreement, the renter is responsible for additional daily rental fee payable to TVS CYCLES for each additional day with exceeds the return date per agreement. Rent. Renter agrees to pay TVS CYCLES the rent mentioned for the Equipment during the Term. Use of Equipment. Renter shall use the Equipment in a safe and proper manner and shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes in connection with the use of the Equipment. Renter shall not use the Equipment for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that is likely to cause harm to the Equipment or to any person or property. Care and Maintenance of Equipment. Renter shall keep the Equipment in good condition and shall use and maintain the Equipment in a manner consistent with the manufacturer's instructions. Renter shall be responsible for any damage to the Equipment that results from Renter's negligence or misuse of the Equipment. Return of Equipment. Renter shall return the Equipment to Rental Company in the same condition as it was at the beginning of the Term, ordinary wear and tear excepted, on or before the date specified in SECTION A OR/AND B. If Renter fails to return the Equipment on the specified return date, Renter shall be responsible for paying TVS CYCLES the rent mentioned for each day that the Equipment is not returned. Loss or Damage to Equipment. Renter shall be responsible for any loss of or damage to the Equipment that occurs during the Term, regardless of the cause. If the Equipment is lost or damaged, Renter shall immediately notify TVS CYCLES and is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing the Equipment, as determined by TVS CYCLES. Limitation of Liability. TVS CYCLES shall not be liable for any damages or losses that result from Renter's use of the Equipment, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Indemnification. Renter shall indemnify and hold TVS CYCLES harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from Renter's use of the Equipment. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties relating to such subject matter. Amendments. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument executed by both TVS CYCLES and Renter. Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. *
